In the midst of a steamy Parisian night, Detective Liu Jian arrives at the city's iconic Eiffel Tower, determined to apprehend notorious Chinese drug lord Han Lijun. As a decorated and respected member of the Beijing police force, Jian is confident in his ability to bring justice to the streets.
