Men at Work is a 1990 American comedy film directed by Emilio Estevez and starring Charlie Sheen, Lance Henriksen, and Estelle Getty. The movie follows the story of two garbage men, Mike (Charlie Sheen) and Carl (Lance Henriksen), who are trying to make a living in the city.
