Top Secret! is a 1984 American comedy film directed by Jim Cashman. The story follows American pop star Nick Rivers (played by Val Kilmer), who arrives in East Germany to perform at a music festival. Upon his arrival, Nick becomes smitten with the beautiful and charming Hillary Flammond (played by Lucy Gutteridge). As Nick tries to win Hillary's heart, he finds himself entangled in a series of misadventures and misunderstandings. While attempting to woo Hillary, Nick inadvertently stumbles upon a plot by the East German government to smuggle out a defecting scientist, Dr. Kupczyk (played by Peter Hoskins).
