Here is the plot summary for Scary Movie 2: Scary Movie 2 opens with a group of college students on a camping trip, where they stumble upon a mysterious and eerie mansion known as Hell House. According to local legend, anyone who spends the night in the mansion will meet their demise in gruesome fashion. Intrigued by the prospect of catching some paranormal activity on tape, the group decides to sneak into the mansion for a night of partying and ghost-hunting. Meanwhile, Cindy Campbell (Anna Faris), the protagonist from the first film, is now attending college and dealing with her own set of problems, including an overbearing sorority sister, Naomi (Marlon Wayans). When Cindy's boyfriend, Bobby (Eddie Griffin), gets into a fight at Hell House, she decides to join him and her friends for a night of revelry. As the group explores the mansion, they begin to experience strange and terrifying occurrences. Doors slam shut on their own, ghostly apparitions appear out of nowhere, and disembodied voices whisper eerie warnings in their ears. As the night wears on, the group realizes that Hell House is indeed haunted by a malevolent spirit with a penchant for killing off anyone who dares to enter its hallowed halls. As Cindy and her friends try to survive the night and uncover the secrets of Hell House, they must also contend with a host of pop culture references, including nods to The Exorcist, Poltergeist, and other classic haunted house movies. With its quick wit, clever satire, and over-the-top gore effects, Scary Movie 2 delivers another dose of raunchy humor and horror send-ups that fans of the genre will adore.
"While not as sharp as its predecessor, Scary Movie 2 still delivers a decent dose of horror movie send-ups. Keenen Ivory Wayans's sequel sets its sights on the haunted house genre, with a group of students navigating the eerie 'Hell House' mansion. The result is a mix of gross-out gags, clever spoofs, and witty one-liners that will appeal to fans of the first film. Though not as cohesive as Scary Movie, the sequel still offers plenty of laughs and irreverent humor."
回复Each frame feels like a poorly acted reality TV segment, but hey, at least the haunted house gets more scares than my ex's acting career. This sequel knows how to make you laugh at horror’s expense, even if its scares are just as fake as its camera work.
