As the luxurious space station Aurora orbits above the Earth, the reclusive billionaire Hugo Drax reveals his sinister plan to wipe out humanity and rebuild society with a new breed of superhumans created in his orbiting factory. James Bond, sent to investigate the hijacking of the Moonraker space shuttle, finds himself entangled in Drax's scheme.
