In a small coastal town, a group of thrill-seeking bank robbers, known as the Ex-Presidents, are on a crime spree, leaving behind a trail of chaos and destruction. The FBI is hot on their heels, and it's up to young agent Johnny Utah (Keanu Reeves) to infiltrate the gang and bring them to justice.
