In the gritty action-thriller "Bullet to the Head", two men from different worlds are forced to put aside their differences and work together to exact revenge on those responsible for the brutal murders of their respective partners. Jimmy "Jim" Bobo (Eugene Hutz), a rough-around-the-edges hitman, and Detective James Bonomo (Sylvester Stallone) are two men who couldn't be more different. Jim is a ruthless killer with no qualms about taking out his targets, while Jimmy is a tough-as-nails detective who won't back down from a fight. Their lives take a dramatic turn when they both lose their partners in a hail of bullets. For Jim, it's the murder of his business partner and fellow hitman, Marcus Baptiste (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje), while Jimmy is devastated by the death of his partner, Detective Taylor (Holt McCallany). As they separately begin to investigate their partners' murders, they both come up with the same culprit - the ruthless gang leader, Atlas (Sung Kang). But instead of going it alone, Jim and Jimmy decide to put aside their differences and team up to take down Atlas and his gang. What ensues is a series of intense battles, high-octane action sequences, and witty one-liners as these two unlikely allies navigate the treacherous underworld of New Orleans. Along the way, they also uncover a web of deceit and corruption that goes all the way to the top. As Jim and Jimmy get closer to their target, they must confront their own demons and make some tough choices about who to trust. Will they be able to put aside their differences and bring down Atlas, or will their alliance crumble under the pressure? "Bullet to the Head" is a non-stop thrill ride that combines high-stakes action with witty one-liners and plenty of humor.
