As the sun sets over the Georgia wilderness, a sense of unease settles over the small town of Tallulah Falls. What begins as a routine police investigation into a drug-smuggling operation quickly descends into chaos when a 500-pound black bear is found to be responsible for a series of gruesome and inexplicable murders. The story takes a darkly comedic turn with the arrival of Eddie Perkins, a bumbling but lovable cop from Atlanta, who's tasked with leading the investigation.
