As the sun beats down on the tranquil shores of Mexico's Playa Zipolite, a struggling filmmaker named Alex is trying to escape the existential crisis that has been plaguing him since his latest project fell flat. A self-proclaimed introvert, Alex is desperate for some much-needed solitude and introspection, hoping to find inspiration in the serene atmosphere of this popular gay nudist beach. But fate has other plans. As he's lounging on a beach towel, sipping a cerveza and trying to tune out the raucous laughter and playful chatter around him, Alex is suddenly interrupted by none other than social media celebrity, Ricky Vega. The charismatic and flamboyant Ricky is known for his outrageous antics and provocative posts, which have gained him millions of followers worldwide. Initially put off by Ricky's over-the-top personality, Alex is surprised when the self-proclaimed "King of Zipolite" takes an interest in his work and convinces him to collaborate on a new TV show. Ricky sees an opportunity to merge his love of drama and spectacle with Alex's filmmaking skills, proposing a reality TV series that would follow the daily lives of the nudist beachgoers. At first, Alex is skeptical, but as he gets to know Ricky better, he begins to see the potential in their partnership. Despite their vastly different personalities, they start to form an unlikely bond, with Alex learning to loosen up and have fun while Ricky becomes more introspective about his own identity and purpose.
