As the days blend together in a haze of monotony, Emily's life is stuck in a rut. A self-proclaimed homebody, she finds solace in the mundane routines and comforts of her daily existence. Her anxiety-ridden mind constantly whispers doubts and fears, but she's learned to manage it through isolation. That is until the day everything changes. While going about her usual routine, Emily discovers an alien creature has somehow entered her home. The extraterrestrial being, seemingly harmless at first, begins to wreak havoc on her mundane world. As the intruder starts rearranging her furniture and making a mess of her belongings, Emily's anxiety spirals out of control. The alien, whose intentions are unclear, continues to manipulate Emily's surroundings, pushing her further into a state of panic.
