In the dystopian thriller "Snowpiercer," a catastrophic event has ravaged the Earth, leaving behind only a few scattered survivors. The remnants of humanity have taken refuge on a massive train called the Snowpiercer, which traverses the frozen wasteland in search of habitable land. The train's perpetual-motion engine ensures its continuous motion, and as a result, the train has become a self-sustaining ecosystem. The film is set in a future where social classes have emerged within the confines of the train.
