In the dystopian future of 20th Century America, the city of Detroit has been ravaged by a deadly airborne virus that has decimated the population, leaving behind only a few scattered survivors. Amidst this desolate landscape, Karate expert Jean-Claude Van Damme takes on the role of Gibson, a vigilante who seeks to avenge his brother's murder. As Gibson navigates the treacherous streets of Detroit, he discovers that his brother was killed by a ruthless killer known as Zeus (played by Vincent Klyn), a cyborg with superhuman strength and agility. Zeus is terrorizing the city, preying on the weak and vulnerable, and it becomes Gibson's mission to stop him. Gibson's quest for justice takes him through the ruins of Detroit, where he must confront not only Zeus but also the harsh realities of life in a post-apocalyptic world. Along the way, he encounters a group of survivors, including a woman named Fender (played by Alisson Amiello), who becomes his ally in the fight against Zeus.
