Frankenstein: Italian Style

Plot

In the 1975 Italian horror-comedy film "Frankenstein: Italian Style," Dr. Victor Frankenstein, played by Boris Karloff, creates a monster to prove his scientific theories, but soon abandons him. The scientist then tries to rebuild his life by marrying Janet and retreating to his castle with Igor. As the story unfolds, Frankenstein's creation, named Igorsaurus Rex, begins to wreak havoc on the countryside, causing destruction and chaos wherever he goes. Meanwhile, Dr. Frankenstein is struggling to adjust to married life with Janet, who is increasingly frustrated with her husband's lack of attention towards her. Igorsaurus Rex, who has developed a strong bond with Igor, becomes jealous when his creator starts spending more time with Janet, leading him to seek revenge against the happy couple. As the monster's antics escalate, Dr. Frankenstein must confront his creation and learn to accept responsibility for his actions. The film is a unique blend of horror and comedy, combining elements of Italian horror films with slapstick humor and over-the-top performances. With its campy tone and irreverent take on the classic Frankenstein story, "Frankenstein: Italian Style" has become a cult classic among horror fans.
