In the mystical city of Istanbul, a reclusive academic, Dr. Afshan Ashmaadi, embarks on a journey of self-discovery and encounter with the unknown. While exploring the ancient city's hidden corners, she stumbles upon an ancient artifact - a bottle containing a restless djinn. As she carefully releases the genie from its centuries-long slumber, he presents himself as a charming yet mischievous being, offering her three wishes. Initially hesitant, Afshan is unable to muster a single desire, much less three, leaving the djinn perplexed and frustrated by her indecision. As their interactions unfold, the djinn, named Dji, begins to weave his own narrative around Afshan's reluctance, drawing upon tales of love, loss, and longing from across the ages.
