As the sun sets over the dusty Mexican terrain, Wolverine, aka Logan, has retreated into solitude, haunted by the ghosts of his past. The once-formidable X-Men leader now spends his days tending to an ailing Professor Charles Xavier, who lies bedridden in their secluded hideout. The weight of his years and the crushing burden of responsibility have taken their toll on Logan's physical and emotional well-being.
