Adonis Creed, the grandson of Apollo Creed and boxing champion, is living a fulfilling life. His professional boxing career is thriving, and he's also found happiness in his personal life, having married Tessa and started a family. However, when a familiar face from his past reappears, Adonis' life takes an unexpected turn. Damian Anderson, a childhood friend and former boxing prodigy, has just been released from prison after serving a long sentence for a crime he committed years ago. Damian's presence in Adonis' life brings back memories of their troubled youth, when they were both struggling to find their place in the world. As they reconnect, Adonis is forced to confront his own demons and the unresolved issues that have haunted him since childhood. As tensions between them rise, Adonis finds himself at a crossroads.
