Crank follows the story of Chev Chelios, a ruthless hitman who is looking to leave his violent past behind and start anew. However, fate has other plans for him as he allows his latest target to escape, thinking that it's a chance to make amends. The next morning, Chev wakes up to find himself in a precarious situation - he's been poisoned and has only an hour to live unless he can get the antidote.
