Here's a brief summary of Seven Blood-Stained Orchids: In this 1972 Italian giallo film, a series of gruesome murders takes place in Rome, with the killer leaving behind a trail of blood-stained orchids at each crime scene. As the police struggle to identify the culprit, they focus on a young woman named Kathy (Folco Livi), who has lost her memory and is unable to recall the events leading up to her boyfriend's brutal murder. As Detective Corasaniti (Adalberto Ruggiero) investigates further, he discovers that the killer's modus operandi is to target couples on the night of the full moon, leaving behind a signature half-moon locket at each crime scene. The detective becomes obsessed with solving the case and enlists the help of Kathy, who may hold the key to unlocking the identity of the Half-Moon Killer. As the body count rises, Kathy's memories begin to return, and she becomes convinced that she knows the killer's true identity.
