I Still Know What You Did Last Summer is a 1998 American thriller film directed by Danny Cannon and written by Lois Duncan and Bryan Fuller. The movie is a sequel to the 1997 film I Know What You Did Last Summer. The story takes place one year after the events of the first film, where Julie James (Jennifer Love Hewitt) is still struggling with PTSD symptoms and nightmares stemming from her encounter with the Fisherman. Her best friend Karla (Brandy) wins a trip to the Bahamas for four friends - Julie, Karla, Barry (Mickey Calhoun), and Ben Willis (Elliott Gould) - as a consolation prize after they lose their college scholarships.
