In "Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams," Carmen and Juni Cortez, siblings and former child spies, are now full-fledged agents of the top-secret spy organization, Level 2 OSS. After their first successful mission, they've graduated to Level 2 status, earning them a new set of gadgets, skills, and responsibilities. Their latest assignment sends them to the mysterious Island of Lost Dreams, where a mad scientist, known only as "The Toymaker," has gone rogue. This eccentric genius has created an army of robotic toys that are wreaking havoc on the island, putting its inhabitants – a group of retired spies-turned-islanders – in grave danger. As Carmen and Juni delve deeper into the mystery, they discover that The Toymaker's true intention is to use his toys to take over the world. With their quick thinking, agility, and spy training, the siblings must navigate treacherous terrain, outsmart deadly traps, and infiltrate The Toymaker's fortress to stop him.
