Here is the plot summary for "Blondie's Holiday": When Dagwood Bumstead, the lovable but hapless patriarch of the Bumstead family, receives a surprise raise from his job at the L&L department store, he and his wife Blondie are over the moon. The extra cash comes just in time to help them pay for a trip to the city to attend Dagwood's high school reunion. However, things take an unexpected turn when Blondie, misinterpreting the amount of the raise, promises more than they can afford to the reunion organizer, Mr. Dugan. As it turns out, Mr. Dugan has planned a lavish party with all sorts of extravagant amenities, including a live band and a full-course meal. Dagwood tries to scale back expectations, but Blondie's enthusiasm and commitment to honoring their promise only intensify the situation. Meanwhile, their children, Cookie and Junior, get caught up in their own adventures, as Cookie becomes infatuated with a handsome young musician and Junior gets into mischief at school. As the Bumsteads navigate this series of mishaps, they must also contend with the arrival of Dagwood's high school sweetheart, whose sudden appearance rekindles old feelings and throws Dagwood's marriage into chaos. Will the family be able to find a way out of their predicament and still enjoy their well-deserved holiday?
