The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning is a 2006 American slasher film directed by Jonathan Liebesman. The movie serves as a prequel to the 1974 classic horror film The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. The story takes place in 1955, where Chrissie (Jordanna Brewster) and her friends, including Erin (Taylor Handley), Andy (Diorra Reece), and Pepper (Terrence Hood), embark on a road trip to visit Chrissie's boyfriend, Kemper (Andrew Bryniarski).
