Captain America: The Winter Soldier follows Steve Rogers, also known as Captain America, as he struggles to adapt to the fast-paced world of 2014. Having saved the world from an alien invasion with the Avengers, Captain America is now working for S.H.I.E.L.D., seeking to understand and protect the world from new threats. However, his tranquility is disrupted when a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent named Natasha Romanoff, also known as Black Widow, approaches him with a warning: the organization he trusts may not be what it seems.
