In the year 2010, the city of Paris is on the brink of chaos as a group of ruthless gang members known as "The Hoodlums" have managed to get their hands on a neutron bomb. The government, desperate to prevent a catastrophe, turns to an unlikely duo to infiltrate the gang and defuse the bomb: the undercover cop Damien Thomas, played by Cyril Raffaelli, and his former thug partner, Léo Doinel, portrayed by David Belle. The two men, once rivals on the streets of Paris, must put aside their differences and work together if they are to have any chance of success.
