Plot

In the 2003 horror film "Wrong Turn", a group of friends on a road trip to Florida encounter a series of unfortunate events that lead them to a remote region in West Virginia. The story begins with Chris, a young man with a troubled past, who is driving his girlfriend, Heather, and their friend, Eddy, to a music festival. After a night of partying, they stop at a roadside diner for breakfast, where they meet a eccentric local named Francine. As they continue on their journey, Chris's reckless driving leads to a collision with another vehicle, resulting in the group being stranded in the middle of nowhere. In an effort to find help, they stumble upon a seemingly abandoned gas station, only to discover it's actually a trap set by three inbred mountain men: Three Finger, Saw Tooth, and Bone Appalachian. The trio, known as the "Hillfolk", have been living off the land for generations and have developed a taste for human flesh. They begin to stalk and hunt the group of strangers, who are forced to fight for survival in the treacherous wilderness. As the body count rises, the friends realize they must work together if they hope to escape the clutches of the monstrous Hillfolk. With its blend of gruesome gore, tense atmosphere, and suspenseful plot twists, "Wrong Turn" became a cult classic among horror fans. The film's success spawned a series of sequels, as well as merchandise and spin-offs, cementing its place in the world of modern horror cinema.
