Poison Ivy is a 1985 American thriller film directed by Andrew Davis. The movie tells the story of Ivy Templeton (Drew Barrymore), a charismatic and manipulative teenager who becomes obsessed with Sylvia Tran (Sara Gilbert), a shy and introverted high school student. Ivy, who has been abandoned by her mother and lives in a trailer park, sets her sights on Sylvia's family, the wealthy and seemingly perfect Turners.
